To support our commercial expansion across Europe, we are looking for a driven and result-oriented Key Account Manager (Machine Vision), with a strong focus on identifying and developing new business opportunities.

Your responsibilities:
- Key account finding new key account customers in Europe with a focus on the German market.
- Take the lead in developing new business/sales and extending the current customer portfolio across Europe.
- Proactively identify new opportunities and turn them into sustainable business.
- Promote CCS’s innovative machine vision lighting solutions to both end customers and potential channel partners.
- Organize and lead strategic meetings with clear objectives and expected outcomes.
- Work closely with our internal technical team and sales support on quotations and solution design.
- Effectively communicate the value of our offering.
- This role does not involve people management, you manage your own client portfolio.
- Report all activities and pipeline progress accurately in Salesforce CRM.
Your profile
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial technology or automation.
- Willing to travel throughout Europe as a core part of your role.
- Preferably native German speaker but with excellent command of English (spoken and written).
- Experience with machine vision is a plus, but not required – full training is provided.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in a technical field (mechatronics, electromechanics, industrial automation, etc.).
- Strong communicator, able to adapt across different levels (technical, operational, executive).
- Confident presenter with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, organized and commercially driven.
- Proficient in MS Office 365 and CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred).
